The Earthquake Research Center of Thailand was established to serve as an independent research hub, integrating data and fostering academic collaboration at both national and international levels. The Center provides a platform for experts to work together, exchange knowledge, and develop research that can be translated into practical applications.

Our goal is to transform earthquake knowledge into action, strengthening public safety and enhancing Thailand's long-term resilience.

Regional Seismic Collaboration

Over the past 20 years, Thailand's earthquake research network has grown through strong collaboration among universities, government agencies, and research institutions. Together, we have delivered more than 50 joint research initiatives and built a shared scientific foundation that supports real-world risk reduction.
